Dianne currently manages the Hurst Public Library's social media channels, creating content and increasing followers by ~30% within her first year. She designed 80% of the top performing Facebook videos and Instagram images for the City of Hurst Library in 2022.

She is a professional photographer, videographer, and graphic design artist with 15 years experience and has exhibited work around the world.

Creates & manages online content for all library social media channels, including shooting and editing photos and videos, creating graphics, writing content, leveraging paid advertising & keeping abreast of emerging trends to employ industry best practices.

Conceived, planned, and coordinated delivery of library programming and special events for adults, comprising of arts and crafts sessions, cultural lectures, films, technology, games, information literacy and additional offerings.


Arranged monthly exhibitions and curated art shows. Built robust strategic partnerships with artists, community organizations and schools.


Trained, mentored, and lead team of 3 volunteers and liaised with external partners to deliver outreach initiatives and secure donations for library programs.

Library Services Specialist - Texas Woman's University


As Photographer and Digital Content Specialist, photographed events, took staff headshots, and produced imagery for marketing collateral. Designed logos, graphic elements, and posters. Built social media campaigns, across multiple platforms, to promote student awareness and participation. Coached graphic design programs to approx. 50 students, and acted as Instructor Assistant to librarians. Led, trained, and mentored 9 student workers tasked with circulation assignments.

  • Promoted from initial role as Library Assistant II within 12 months.

  • Represented Dallas campus library’s Social Media team on TWU’s Social Media Committee.

  • Offered creative and technical support to 1 local and 1 main branch.

Created marketing materials to boost awareness of library resources and events; oversaw computer laboratory.

  • Hosted regular game day event that brought in average of 20 students per event.


Staff Photographer - Texas Woman's University


Photographed images in studio for digital and print marketing campaigns as well as on assignment around campus for large scale events such as concerts and outdoor activities.

  • Lead Photographer for 2014 Family Day event, shooting portraits of ~200 families.
